Restoration Education
Transformative Learning for Global Impact
Around 40% of the Earth’s land is already degraded, threatening half of global GDP. We need to restore these landscapes now – but how?
Landscape restoration is a transdisciplinary skill that the planet desperately needs. But never before has it been taught as a single, comprehensive curriculum – until now.
We work together with leading higher education institutions to develop blended courses and curricula covering everything that tomorrow’s landscape leaders need to know.
This is Restoration Education. Read our concept note to learn more!
What we do
Curriculum development
Restoration Education develops customized curricula in partnership with leading universities across the globe.
Restoration Education builds curricula based on the six pillars of transformative education.
Restoration Education consists of blended learning, combining both online and offline courses to create holistic and accessible opportunities for all.
Highlights
In 2024, we developed four satellite courses and one blended learning journey, uniting 247 students from across Africa through the Restoration Education curriculum. We’re hoping to take this to the next level in 2025 – stay tuned!
